get stuck into South London's most delicious storytelling night

Autumn 2017 – Reel & Unravel

Songs about stories, stories about songs, old tales told to sounds of new music, storytellers answering the challenge that singers slam down, a 30 voices singing shanties as we hear moving tales of freedom and slavery, and stories unpicked from their tunes and told afresh, alongside a special guest band in December.

And because we always like a cliff hanger, we’re bringing back our 5 minute marvels. Each month a fresh teller picks up the thread of our latest episodic adventure. Starting with a dinner invitation and ending in a narrow escape from the noose, a tale of a fish supper that goes horribly wrong…

From the intimate to epic, from comedy to joyous celebration, each night promises to be unique. Join us for one or two, or book the whole season.

Each night is a different delight!
